Flattening the Curve

We take the health and safety of our customer’s and staff very seriously. We are making efforts to do our part in reducing the spread of COVID-19 by implementing the following changes:

Social Distancing

  • Our office will remain open and will maintain our normal business hours. However, we are requiring a 6-foot distance to be maintained during all interactions.
  • We will be monitoring the temperature of all employees each morning prior to the workday, requiring that anyone with symptoms to stay home and self-isolate.
  • We are asking that you do not come into the office to make payments, or to pick up filters.
  • If you need to make a payment, please call and we can take payment over the phone or by mail.
  • If you need filters, please call and we will take payment over the phone. We will place the filters outside the Air-Tech front door for pick-up, or deliver to your front door if necessary.

Service Calls and Estimates

  • We will be screening all service calls. When you call-in we will ask if anyone in your home is sick and/or has travelled outside of the country. This does not mean that we will not do the service call, but we ask that you be truthful, so that we have all of the information needed to protect our employees.
  • Our service technicians will not be coming into the houses until absolutely necessary. They may ask you to turn on your thermostat instead of doing it themselves if all other work can be done outside.
  • We ask that you only have one person communicate with the technician in your home, and that you keep a 6-foot distance from the technician.
  • The technician will not be asking for a signature on work orders, as those are done on an iPad. All payments will be taken care of by a phone call to the office before the technician leaves the home, payment by check will also be accepted.
  • Receipts and work order descriptions will be emailed or mailed to you.
  • Technicians may be wearing face masks and gloves if they enter your home.

We understand that in these trying times people will still get hot and cold. We are 100% dedicated to fixing every problem. We ask for your cooperation to be able to do this in a safe manner to protect your family and ours.
