Nick Watkins – President – Nick is the son of the former owners Pat and Donna Watkins. After graduation from Texas Tech University, Nick came back to Abilene to work in the family business. In addition to the summers he spent at Air-Tech, Nick also worked at White Service Company in Lubbock while attending school. He is a Red Raider through and through, helping his former boss (featured on the cover of the book, The Ultimate Tailgater), cook for every home game. Nick, his wife, and little boy have made their home in Abilene. Nick enjoys country music, the outdoors, hunting and fishing.
Chance Smith – Vice President – Chance has been with Air-Tech since 2001 when he began work through the AISD Co-Op Program. Chance immediately showed an ability and desire to work in the HVAC industry. Chance has grown up at Air-Tech, and we are proud of all his accomplishments. He has worked his way up through the company from a helper position in the installation department to Service Technician II, to Lead Installer and now Vice President. Chance has a good understanding of heating and cooling operations and a great personality, too. He's a family man with a sweet wife and young son and daughter. You can count on Chance if you have an equipment installation in your future. He will make sure the job is done right.
Wendy Klohn – Office Manager and Accounts Payable – When you call Air-Tech, chances are good that the voice you hear on the other end of the line will be Wendy. She has been with the company since June 2003. Wendy is married and has a son and daughter who keep her very busy. She enjoys running, riding bikes with her family and working in her yard. She grew up in Clyde but has made Abilene her home. Wendy keeps the bills paid and manages the payroll and safety program for the company. Her pleasant attitude and organizational skills help keep the office running smoothly.
Tosha Cardenas – Customer Care Specialist – Tosha has been with Air-Tech since 2011. She is the dispatcher and "Go-To" person if you need to schedule a service call, have a warranty question or need to pay your bill. Tosha takes pride in her job and goes the extra mile for the customers.
